Downloadable Step-by-Step Guides for Popular Communication Apps

Check out these downloadable Sunny Guides for downloading, installing, and using popular communication apps to help you keep in touch while you are social distancing.

To download a guide, find the one that matches the computer, phone, tablet, or operating system you are using and click the Open Guide button. A new page will open so you can see the guide in PDF format. If you want to download (save) the file to your device, click the download icon that looks similar to this download icon (it will be in the top-right corner of your screen). If you don’t see the icon, move your cursor closer to that area and the menu will pop up.

Once you click the download icon, you will either see the file download at the bottom-left of your screen or a window will pop up asking you where you wish to save your file. Please note that your device or system may not behave the same way we've described as each person's device can be configured to open and download PDFs differently.
